1/2 package silken tofu1/2 cup soy milk1 tablespoon Miso paste1 tablespoon tahini1 garlic clovefresh ginger and cayenne to taste

| Instructions: |
| Place all ingredients in the blender and buzz until smooth. Add more soy milk for a thinner dressing, less for a dip. For more texture, stir in one tablespoon of Sesame Seeds after removing dressing from blender. |
